Note: Attendees registered under the “Delegate/Listener” or “Accompanying” categories are not eligible to present research in oral or poster sessions. Delegate/Listener is allowed to attend all the conference sessions. The accompanying person fee is solely for issuing an invitation and visa support letter and does not include conference access.
Virtual Participants
- Join the conference from anywhere in the world
- Live Attendance: Attend events in real-time, including live presentations, panel discussions, and keynote speeches.
- Digital Conference Materials: Your abstract book and the detailed conference program will be available online.
- E-Certificates: Electronic certificates confirming your presence or presentation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
General Guidelines
- 120 Days before the Conference: Participants will receive refunds less an administrative fee of $200.
- 100 Days from the date of the Conference: Refunds are not offered; however, the registration fee may be applied to other conferences or events. Credit can be applied to any future conferences.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued during the third week after the end of the conference.
Natural Disaster or Unforeseen Circumstances
If there are reasons like natural calamities, industrial disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizers may postpone or cancel the event.
Refunds: In the event of such conditions, registration and accommodation fees will not be returned.
Alternative options: Participants may transfer their registration to a subsequent event or an affiliated conference in the future.

While participants are responsible for their visa applications, IOMC organizers are committed to supporting your travel needs. We can provide Visa Support Letters to assist in your application process.
Eligibility Criteria for Visa Support Letters
- Registered Participant: You must be a confirmed attendee with an accepted abstract submission.
- Passport Copy: Submit a clear scan of your valid passport (photo page included).
- Institutional Endorsement: If applicable, provide a letter from your institution supporting your attendance.
- Timely Request: Submit your request for a Visa Support Letter well in advance to ensure smooth processing.
